Common questions
Can you hide the cables in the wall?
Yes — in most homes we conceal cables inside the wall cavity so nothing is visible. Where the wall construction doesn't allow it, we use slim trunking painted to match.
Do you install TVs bought somewhere else?
Absolutely. Buy your TV wherever you like — we'll mount it, connect everything and set it up. We can also advise on what to buy for your room before you spend.
How much does a home theatre cost in NZ?
A quality lounge setup with surround sound typically runs $2,500–$8,000 installed. Dedicated cinema rooms start around $25,000 and scale with the room. We quote free, with no obligation.
Can you set up a cinema in a normal lounge?
Yes — most of our theatre work is in everyday living rooms. Good speaker placement, the right screen size for your seating distance, and one simple remote make a bigger difference than a dedicated room.
Do you work with builders and architects?
All the time. For new builds and renovations we review the plans, design the cabling and equipment locations, and coordinate with your builder so everything is in the walls before lining.
